  3. Play tennis less than four times/week, less than 1.5 hour each time.
  4. HIIT/Stretch and meditate in the morning and evening.
  5. Read books on Kindle.
  6. Practice English pronunciation while driving.
  7. Reduced body weight from 173 to 170lb, waistline from 83cm to 80cm.

Things Need to Improve

  • Important FIRST.
  • Make more DETAILED plans.
  • Meditate more, especially when feeling not right.

A Few Thoughts

Winter is coming. Found out I am suffering from SAD(Seasonal affective disorder) which made me sleep more but disrupted, eat more but exercise less, hesitate more but do less. :P
Meditation really helps to improve focus, self-esteem and the whole mental status. Stay focused, keep mindful.
